Return Policy
Articles are accepted for a full refund, credit or exchange if returned in salable condition within 30 days, accompanied by the original sales receipt and all packaging. A Return Authorization Number will be required. Please see the customer service menu.
All returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were sent. Damaged merchandise due to client negligence or any modified or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
If the item that you ordered is not the correct finger size, you may return it within thirty days from the original date shipped to be sized or exchanged for the proper size. Just specify your correct finger size. There will be a charge for sizing and shipping.
To return your gift selection for credit or exchange, please follow the instructions included with your package. Please do not write jewelry, diamonds, or any other identifiable luxury item "word" to protect the package against possible theft during transportation. We cannot be responsible for return shipping losses.
